A guided walk around the cemetery at All Saints, Harlow Hill, hosted by Dr. Paul Jennings.

All Saints Church was opened in 1871 as a mission church of St Mary's to serve the people of Harlow Hill. Also to meet the needs of this side of Harrogate, a cemetery was added. It is the last resting place of a fascinating range of people, from the founder of Harrogate Ladies' College, George Savery and one of the school's most successful headmistresses, Elizabeth Jones, to the Hollywood actor Michael Rennie. We will look at a range of graves, from the great and good to the more humble citizens of the town, which together give fascinating glimpses into Harrogate's past.
