Garstang High Street Through The Ages

Displays of old documents and photos from our archive collection. This year's theme is "The High Street" and there will be a display of shops and businesses through the years, including photos, documents, advertisements and artefacts from some of the shops that have traded on our High Street.
There will also be stands and displays from a variety of local history and heritage societies, including a project from the University of Central Lancashire which is helping local people explore their family archives to uncover untold stories that shine a light on the region’s past.

- Directions:
- From the A6 northbound - pass the wind turbine on the left. Turn right down Kepple Lane and continue over the canal bridge. St. Thomas's church is on the right and there is a car park opposite. From the A6 southbound - pass the Bellflower pub on the right. Turn left down Kepple Lane and continue over the canal bridge. St. Thomas's church is on the right and there is a car park opposite.

Accessibility details
Car park opposite is small. More parking can be found at Booths on Park Hill Road, or there is a large car park at the north end of the High Street.
Additional information
Most of the stallholders take cards, and the hall wifi is very reliable. Should visitors need cash the nearest ATM is on Church Street, approximately 400 yards from the venue.
