A heritage walk, talk & trail of the High House Purfleet-on-Thames heritage site by the High House Community Group.

High House Purfleet-on-Thames is an historic 16th-century estate and farmstead in Purfleet-on-Thames, Thurrock Essex, featuring over 450 years of heritage encompasses some restored agricultural buildings, The House, The Stable Block, The Dovecote, The Barn and the Gardens.

*Alongside the historic buildings is where the modern High House Production Park, featuring the state-of-the art Bob and Tamar Manoukian Production Workshop and Costume Centre where scenic artists, carpenters and technicians transform design concepts into spectacular sets and costumes seen on stage at Covent Garden. (Please note not open to the public on open day event).*

Directions:
A 20 minute walk from Purfleet railway station, turn left onto London Road when exiting the station. Turn left after a short walk onto Vellacott Close when you see historic buildings & Dovecote. Free parking available on site
