Aston Parish Church, Witton Lane, Aston, Birmingham, West Midlands, B6 6QA
The venue is fully wheelchair accessible except for the 1480 tower. This has a spiral staircase with 99 steps.
Be amazed by Aston. Aston was a wealthier place than Birmingham until industrialisation began 200 years ago. The grade 2* building is amazing. The oldest memorials are to the Arden Family (William Shakespeare's mother), the most recent given by the community for 2 teanage girls killed in a gangland shooting at a New Years party in 2003. Suggest allowing at least an hour for your visit, more if attanding a guided tour or talk.
