History Fair

The fair brings together groups and societies from throughout the region to celebrate the history of the area - local history publishers and books sellers, museums, and enthusiastic young archaeologists will be presenting projects throughout the day.

Great Yarmouth Heritage Guides will be giving a free talk on Growing up in Southtown as part of the programme.

There will be opportunities to browse the stalls and ask questions of experts; find out about how local societies are promoting, preserving and encouraging participation in the history and heritage of the area; purchase that unique or antique book on a local topic.
