History of the House at The Wardrobe - Curator Talk
The Wardrobe - The Rifles Berkshire and Wiltshire Museum, 58 The Close, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2EX
Join our Curator Bethany Joyce as you are transported through the over 500 year history of The Wardrobe. From its medieval beginnings in the 13th century to its use during the Second World War, and now in its present state as a museum, The Wardrobe has been an integral part of the history of Salisbury. Learn how the building got its name, hear stories from those who lived here, and handle objects that bring the history of the The Wardrobe to life.
The talk will be held in the Regimental Room at The Wardrobe.
This is a free ticketed event due to space restrictions.
