Holy Cross Church 90th Birthday Open Day

The Heritage Open Day Weekend just happens to coincide with the weekend when Holy Cross church is celebrating 90 years since its consecration! On Saturday 12/9/26 we are celebrating with an Open Day in church, Sunday 13/9/26 we will be celebrating with the 10am service and 4pm evensong. The Saturday Open day includes:
- musical entertainment from Stocksfield School, the Salvation Army band and St John's Ukelele Band
- displays of the church activities past, present and future
- a chance to look through some of the church archives and bring along any photographs, documents and memories of what Holy Cross means to you over the years. We have a memory book and a scanner on hand if you're happy for us to make copies of your documents.
- Kids activities
- Refreshments on sale ranging from lunchtime soup and a roll to afternoon cake and tea

Most of all just come along and share in our 90th birthday celebrations!! We'd love to see you!
