Visit HorsePower Museum for free to celebrate Heritage Open Days. We also have a free badge making workshop running all day!

To celebrate Heritage Open Days 2026, HorsePower is waiving it's usual entry fee, allowing free entry to all visitors on Saturday 12th September. We will also be hosting a badge making workshop, inspired by fundraising badges from the Second Boer War & First World War. Our visitors are invited to learn how these badges were used to raise funds for soldiers during the wars, and can create their own from what they have learnt.

All activities are free, although we would be grateful for any donations to go towards the cost of the workshop.

We are open from 10am-4pm.
