Discover the fascinating history of Hunsbury Hill, steeped in heritage. Step back in time as you explore the Iron Age hill fort, once an important defensive settlement, and walk among its ancient earthworks carved into the landscape over two thousand years ago. Learn about the area’s industrial past at the Ironstone Railway, where you can see remnants of Northampton’s ironstone quarrying heritage and even ride along restored tracks. Stroll through the scenic grounds of Hunsbury Hill Farm and explore the historic Hunsbury Hill House, a charming 18th-century Farm house, not normally open to the public.
