Hyde Park Picture House - Memory Matinee Screening (Heritage Open Day Special)
73 Brudenell Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS6 1JD
Our Memory Matinees screenings are designed to help those living with dementia enjoy the magic of cinema.
Keep an eye on our website for further details regarding the screening!
We’ve taken advice from the Alzheimer’s society to make these screenings as accommodating as possible to those living with dementia. This means lights will be raised slightly and the sound level will be slightly lower than normal. We’ll also have captions/subtitles where possible.
Staff and volunteers have all undergone dementia awareness training and will be on hand throughout the screenings to provide assistance when needed. Please note that pastoral care is not provided, a friend, family member or carer must also attend.

We are committed to being open to all and are delighted that recent renovations have reduced the number of barriers our building presents to disabled visitors. For further details, please visit the access section or our website - https://hpph.co.uk/access
