This is an opportunity to read about the 70 men who lived in Hyde and who fought in WWI. This high number, from such a small community, reflects the willingness of Hyde men to answer the call to enlist, helping create the peace we enjoy today.
Read about the findings of the six-year project which examined the lives of these men. If you live in Hyde, one of them may have even lived in your home.
