Explore the iconic Record Office building on Saturday 20th September from 10am – 4pm..
Archives Tours are now fully booked, but the building is still open to welcome other visitors so do still head over to see the collections on display, stalls from local history groups or to purchase refreshments from Café Archives. If you would like to learn more about booking a detailed tour of the archives on another date please get in touch for further details: [email protected].
Café Archives will be open from 10.30am – 4pm with a selection of drinks and cakes available to purchase. All funds raised will go towards supporting Friends of Lancashire Archives.
We will also be holding tours and talks in County Hall Chambers and Christ Church Chapel as well as being open for you to learn more about council services - for more information on these events please see our booking site.
