The Time Travel Commission has experienced a minor malfunction...their historical contacts have become lost. Some have ended up in unfamiliar locations but all are displaced in time. It is your job to fight, flyt, avoid the hangman's noose and then identify which time period they are from so that they can successfully get back to their own time!
Meet different characters on different days. Will you clash with Romans, such as gladiator, Carpophorus? Compose poetry with Vikings like Skald-Ratatoskr, a Scandinavian-Norse skald? Meet Tudor stonemasons on trial in the street? Befriend Victorian pawnbrokers?
On this tour you will meet Skald-Ratatoskr - the least successful of King Canute's warrior poets - will the mead help or hinder him?
Ideal for those in search of a shorter, more interactive, disability-accessible tour.

There are cobbles, steep hills, uneven surfaces and narrow paths in Lancaster so please wear footwear appropriate for walking and, when in a wheelchair, ensure that you have somebody with you to assist.
