An illustrated talk which charts the life and work of Liskeard Architect Henry Rice, will be presented by Museum volunteer and Cornish Bard Brian Oldham.

Henry Rice was Liskeard’s most prolific architect in the Victorian era. Over 100 of his distinctively designed buildings still stand today. The talk, accompanied by many images, will share what we know of his life in Liskeard and tell some stories behind the buildings he designed.
