Taking place in the Lady Chapel.

Discover the artistry and skill behind Liverpool Cathedral's embroidery traditions. Join our volunteer embroidery team for live stitching demonstrations and learn about the techniques used to create the Cathedral's historic collection by generations of local women.

This informal drop-in session offers a unique opportunity to meet the volunteers, watch embroidery in action, and find out more about the craftsmanship, creativity and heritage skills that help preserve the Cathedral's treasures for future generations.

Free admission – no booking required.

Enter through the main Cathedral entrance - the Lady Chapel is accessed via the back of the Cathedral, via stairs or lift.
