Lynn Museum

Built as a Union Baptist Chapel in 1859. It has been a museum since 1904. Two galleries. The first has Sea Henge a timber circle from the bronze age excavated from Holme-next-the-Sea and the second is the best in the museum collection. Unfortunately the Sea Henge exhibit is currently closed for refurbishment
Hoards: Archaeological Treasures from West Norfolk This stunning exhibition features a selection of important archaeological hoards (stores of money or valued objects), all discovered in West Norfolk. From 2,000-year-old gold coins buried in a cow bone to silver shillings from the English Civil War found in a silver cup, discover more about the theories behind these spectacular discoveries.
Objects on display include including a group of Bronze Age artefacts from the beach at Holme-next-the-Sea which were found close to the timber circle Seahenge. Also making their museum debut are some very rare early coins found at Fincham dating back to the Anglo-Saxon/Viking period.

May The Toys Be With You showcases one of the UK's finest collections of vintage Star Wars toys and original cinema posters, from 1977-1985. It is a celebration of the now highly collectable vintage toy line and of the iconic design work and art of the Star Wars movies.
