Makespace Oxford, Aristotle House
Aristotle House, 1 Aristotle Lane, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX2 6TP
Aristotle House was built in the 1960s to house Midland Builders Suppliers on the canalside location of an old coal
wharf, and was later occupied by Oxford Designers and Illustrators. It is now the home of Makespace Oxford, a
not-for-profit organisation that provides space for purpose-driven groups, creatives, and other nonprofits to thrive.
It will be opening its doors with tours of the space and open studios from some of the resident artists. There will
also be activities for all ages.
