Wolverton’s original Market Hall on Glyn Square in Wolverton Town Centre is being brought back into use by Future Wolverton, who acquired a lease on the building in September 2025. After extensive refurbishment work, the building is due to open to the public in September 2026, and Heritage Open Days provides the perfect opportunity to showcase the building, and plans for its future use, to people from across Milton Keynes.
You are invited to come and have a look around, and to hear about the history of this important building with local historians.
“Teacakes and stories” will allow visitors to share a bun and hear share stories from others about the role the building played in their lives.

The first floor of the building is not in public use and is subject to ongoing development and repair. There is no lift, and limited access will be given on the day.
