Wolverton’s original Market Hall on Glyn Square in Wolverton Town Centre is being brought back into use by Future Wolverton, who acquired a lease on the building in September 2025. After extensive refurbishment work, the building is due to open to the public in September 2026, and Heritage Open Days provides the perfect opportunity to showcase the building, and plans for its future use, to people from across Milton Keynes.
Today Future Wolverton & Sustainable MK revive one of the building's traditional uses as a space for socialising with a fun family tea dance, with ballroom and social dancing alongside afternoon tea, cakes, and light refreshments. Tickets must be booked in advance for the Tea Dance via Future Wolverton’s website.

The first floor of the building is not in public use and is subject to ongoing development and repair. There is no lift, and limited access will be given on the day.
