Special talk: An Unconventional Woman: Daisy Greville ‘The Red Countess’ of Warwick on Thursday 17 at 1pm. Eccentric Daisy, known for inspiring songs about bicycles made for two and her pet fox, ran for parliament five years after women over 30 won the vote. Find out how this aristocratic and famous socialite came to receive the Labour Party nomination in 1923.
