Medieval Tweedmouth Virtual Tour

  • Available anytime
  • Online event
  • Pre-booking not required

Join local historian, Dr Catherine Kent, in this online walk through Tweedmouth’s historic core, discovering how local and national events from pre-Roman to Elizabethan times have defined and shaped the streets of this community.

Find out about the early history of Tweedmouth on the south bank of the River Tweed. The history of this community is often eclipsed by Berwick-upon-Tweed on the other side of the river. However, it has its own fascinating past which deserves telling.
