See inside Swindon’s Grade II Listed, art deco style, Civic Offices including the impressive Council chamber and the Mayor’s Parlour. Take part in a Q&A session with the Mayor about their experience of representing Swindon’s residents over the years.

This is an opportunity to see inside Swindon’s beautiful 1930’s historic seat of local government. You are invited into the Mayor’s Parlour to meet the Mayor, where you can ask them about their experience of fulfilling this historic role, and where the official mayor robes, chains and mace will be on display. From there you will be taken into the Civic Chamber where local issues have been debated and voted on for almost a century and then finally you will see the panelled meeting room adorned with pictures of every Swindon mayor.

Why not visit the newly installed Museum & Art Swindon on the first floor of the building afterwards?
