More than a Jacobean gem: Blickling Hall architecture tour
Blickling Estate, Blickling, Aylsham, Norwich, Norfolk, NR11 6NF
Join us for a walking tour outside the magnificent Blickling Hall, revealing some of the architectural fascinations of this red brick masterpiece at the heart of the Blickling Estate. Discover Tudor fragments of Anne Boleyn’s birthplace, a Jacobean façade with symbols of political power, a Georgian grand parlour created to house a giant tapestry and a Victorian improvement sometimes described as ugly and institutional.
This external tour of the house includes free parking for the Estate and free access to the gardens during the tour. Please note that admission prices still apply to the gardens and house once the tour has ended. National Trust members visit and park for free.
