Winton House, Dacre Street, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 1HW
Winton House, a Victorian villa built in 1855, was once owned by the father of the suffragette, Emily Wilding Davison. It was sold in 1872. The house was badly damaged by fire in 1917 and was subsequently bought by the trustees of Lodge de Ogle in 1920 to provide a meeting place for Freemasons in Morpeth, with the first meeting held in April 1920.
