Discover the secrets of one of Europe’s oldest civilizations in “Trypillya”. Historian Nataliia Niekrasa will reveal fascinating insights into Trypillya life, culture, and legacy.

Step back into the world of Europe’s ancient Trypillya civilization in our “Mysteries and Treasures of Trypillya” workshop. This interactive session combines history, creativity, and discovery, offering a unique opportunity to explore a culture that flourished more than 5,000 years ago in what is now Ukraine.
Historian Nataliia Niekrasa will lead an engaging lecture, revealing the secrets, achievements, and daily life of Trypillya communities. Participants will learn about their remarkable art, intricate clay figurines, and the rich symbolic meanings embedded in their culture. Her talk uncovers how these ancient people shaped early European civilization and left legacies that still inspire today.
Following the lecture, Kateryna Shamshyrina-Acland from KeKo Club will guide a hands-on clay workshop, giving attendees the chance to create their own Trypillya-inspired artifacts. This creative activity allows participants to connect with the past through practice, understanding how craftsmanship, symbolism, and community life intertwined in Trypillya society.
