Learn more about the architecture of the library, and of the architecture books in the collections.

The library buildings date back at least 700 years, and have been adapted over the centuries as their uses have changed; the current library collections date back over 600 years and continue to provide a working library. Drop in at any time between 2.30pm and 4pm to investigate and learn more: books from the collections will be on display and there will be two opportunities during the afternoon to take a short guided tour of the library to learn more about its architectural history.
