On Brotherhood: demystifying freemasonry

Our organisation has fraternity at the core of its inception, promoting friendship and support amongst its members. Members, or ‘brothers’, cultivate values of integrity solidarity, and place charitable giving at the centre of their doings. Freemasonry in the modern world is however perceived as outdated, uncanny, or even secretive. Our latest exhibition wants to tell you all about these misconceptions and explores why freemasonry, the longest surviving organisation in the world, is relevant today more than ever.
