This talk invites you to slow down and notice the everyday heritage woven into our surroundings. From the clues we can find in buildings and streets to cross referencing with old postcards and maps, we'll discover how to unlock the everyday heritage and see these familiar places in a new historical light.
The examples shown in this talk are largely taken from towns and villages in the New Forest, but the features we’ll explore are part of everyday heritage nationwide.
