Open Afternoon: The Elmhirsts' House and Book Collection
The Dartington Hall Trust, The Elmhirst Centre, Dartington Hall, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 6EL
Come along to the Elmhirst Heritage Centre's first free public opening, on Sunday 20 September. Hear about the stories of the people who taught, practised, and lived on the Estate in the 1920s -1960s from our knowledgeable volunteer guides, and experience highlights from the Elmhirsts' art, ceramics, and book collections. The building, which has medieval origins and was substantially modernised in the 1920s, will be open between 11:00 and 16:00.
