Over the Water Walking Tour

Norwich Over the Water was one of the old Great Wards of the city, having been a site of habitation well before the Norman Conquest. From those early days it was also a place of trade and industry. Today it is a quieter part of the city, but it contains a great variety of architecture, including places of worship and industrial buildings mostly now repurposed for other use. We also learn something of the people who lived and worked here.
