There has been a mill on the banks of the River Stort at Little Parndon for over a thousand years. The current building is over 125 years old and was a working mill until 1961. Once milling ceased creativity stepped in and since 1968 Parndon Mill has housed a successful tile making business and a huge range of artists in studios throughout the mill building. During the Open Studios Weekend visitors will be able to follow a self led tour of information panels inside and outside the building that identify and explain the traces of its milling past.
