Polish Heritage Tour Presentation – Discover Liverpool's Hidden Polish Story
Liverpool's story wouldn't be complete without its Polish community – and we'd love to share that story with you.
For years, our Polish Heritage Walking Tour has taken hundreds of people through the streets of Liverpool, uncovering remarkable stories of migration, resilience, friendship and community.
This special presentation is a chance to experience the highlights of our tour in a relaxed and accessible setting. Through historic photographs and captivating stories, we'll reveal how generations of Polish people have shaped Liverpool's cultural, social and maritime history, and why the city's connection with Poland is far deeper than many people realise.
The presentation will take place at The Bluecoat – one of the oldest buildings in Liverpool city centre and a place with its own long-standing links to Liverpool's Polish community, stretching back over a century. There couldn't be a more fitting venue to explore this shared heritage.
Whether you've joined us on the streets before, are unable to take part in the walking tour, or are simply curious about Liverpool's hidden histories, we'd be delighted to welcome you.
Come and discover the people, places and stories that have connected Poland and Liverpool for generations – you may never look at the city in quite the same way again.
