Prior Crauden's Chapel

Normally closed to the public, this early 14th-century gem was built as the private chapel of the Prior of Ely and is regarded as one of the finest surviving examples of Decorated Gothic architecture in the country. Inside, discover exquisite medieval floor tiles, traces of rare wall paintings and beautifully crafted stonework that have survived for almost 700 years.
