This late 15th-century Red Mount Chapel was a wayside chapel for pilgrims on their way to the shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham. Tom Bryan a lute player will be playing a selection of instruments.

A beautiful unique wayside chapel from 1485. Grade I listed. Fine ceiling and unusual staircase in the wall. Octagonal, red brick. The upper chapel of 1506 has a fan-vaulted roof, further decorated with quatrefoils.

1200 & 1400 Tom Bryan, lute player. Tom is a professional musician from the Cambridgeshire Fens. He will be playing a collection of music from 16th-century England and 17th-century Ireland, Scotland and Wales, on Renaissance Lute, Lute Guitar and medieval English Bagpipes. Musical ambience which resonates beautifully within the stone walls of the Chapel.
