Kainé Youth Collective & guests present Rhetoric, Rhythms & Roots, An immersive exhibition tracing Black cultural identity from the 1990s to present day.

“Kainé Youth Collective and partners present Rhetoric, Rhythms & Roots. A vibrant celebration of Black British Heritage, culture and creativity from the 1990’s to present day.

This exciting heritage event will represent memories and history from 18 – 30 year olds through language, music and lived experience. Over 3 days attendees will journey through the 1990s, 2000s, 2010s and beyond and will experience, displays, live music, throwbacks, fashion moments, story-telling and interactive features where your memories and thoughts will be collated and shared. We seek to bring the spirit of each decade to life, to jog memory or to experience for the first time and showcase the moments, movements, trends sounds and stories that have helped shape Black Britain.
