The RLHM Heritage Walks explore the towns working lives history, from needle making /fishing tackle workshops , to theatres , shops, railways and community landmarks. Each route offers a different pace and depth , guiding visitors through key sites that shaped everyday life for over 150 years.
Two Routes - Choose your pace
Easy (30 mins) : A gentle loop through the towns cultural heart .
Moderate (60 mins) A journey across industry, transport and community spaces within the heart of the town and surrounding area .
All walks finish at the museums mini exhibition - Hands That Built Redditch showcasing tools, photographs and memories from Redditch's Industrial Past.

Museum is fully undercover in Kingfisher Shopping Centre where “Hands that built Redditch “ exhibition will be displayed. The 30 and 60 mins walks are outside so please be prepared for inclement weather wheelchair users please note walks will be on pavements and may require crossing some roads but should be accessible for all .
“Hands that built Redditch” exhibition will be on display during September to compliment the Heritage walks held during the open days.
