Rufford Old Hall
200 Liverpool Road, Rufford, Ormskirk, Lancashire, L40 1SG
Open from 1030-1630, explore the magnificent Tudor house, enjoy delectable delights in the Victorian tea-room and wander around the beautiful grounds here at Rufford Old Hall.
Throughout the day Red Rose Woodturning Club will be demonstrating the art and craft of using hand-held tools on a wood lathe, turning a piece of wood into an object. These beautiful handcrafted pieces, created by members of the Red Rose Woodturning Club, will also be available to purchase in the Courtyard here at Rufford Old Hall.
In September, the garden and woodland starts to show its autumnal colours. Take a walk through the woodland and along the canal, relax in the Courtyard and formal gardens or take the little ones to burn off some energy on a balance bike, available to borrow from the Coach House.
