Scrayingham church will be taking part in this year's Heritage Open Day Festival to share with visitors the story of its Saxon origins, its development in Medieval times and its extensive refurbishment during the nineteenth century, when York's famous railway architect, George Townsend Andrews, designed a new south extension to the nave. Also on view, numerous stained glass windows, attributed to Clayton and Bell, Thomas Willement, C E Kemp and John Hardman-Powell.

Please note, there are NO toilets on site. Parking is on the road outside the church. In the event there are too many cars, additional parking will be available within 100 metres of the church and will be signposted.
