See the Burford Dolls House at the Burford Tolsey Museum
Tolsey, 126 High Street, Burford, Oxfordshire, OX18 4QU
The Dolls' House, the façade of which is modelled on The Great House, Burford, was made by the Burford Committee of Arts & Craftsmanship led by Helen Byrne Bryce. The interiors and furnishings show life in the Regency period and the plasterwork ceilings and some of the contents were inspired by those at Chastleton House. The Tolsey Museum in which it is displayed will be specially opened on Saturday at 1000 on Saturday 12th September to permit all day viewing.
