Visit the Chapel built by Jeremiah James Colman to see the stained glass windows dedicated to his wife and children

The Colman Memorial Windows at Corton Methodist Church form a striking set of four stained-glass panels created in the style of Edward Burne-Jones. They commemorate key members of the Colman family: Jeremiah James Colman (d. 1898), his wife Caroline (d. 1895) and their son Alan (d. 1897). These beautifully crafted windows are the most notable interior feature of the church, reflecting both artistic quality and the significant influence the Colman family had on the development of the village and its Methodist community.
The church will be open for people to visit the church, see the windows and to hear a little of their history.
