A talk on the Georgian Guildhall which has been researched using the archives and gives a fresh and fascinating insight into the people who designed, built and decorated what is one of finest examples of Georgian architecture in the country.

Bath Record Office: Archives and Local Studies is using its display space in the Guildhall to coincide with the Jane Austen festival with a temporary exhibition which tells stories of how the everyday people of Georgian Bath provided services to the rich and fashionable.
In addition, there will be a talk on the Georgian Guildhall which has been researched using the archives and gives a fresh and fascinating insight into the people who designed, built and decorated what is one of finest examples of Georgian architecture in the country. The display case is located at the south end of the ground floor just by the entrance to Bath Record Office.
