Through fascinating stories, photographs and memories, plus a film show and talk (2pm on 17th August), explore the lives, traditions and remarkable history of the people behind the rides, shows and attractions. As part of Heritage Open Days’ Everyday Heritage theme, this event celebrates the generations of local showpeople whose hard work, resilience and community spirit create cherished memories for countless visitors.
