Shugborough estate open day

Shugborough estate is open for free entry, enjoy a day wandering around the Walled Garden, a stop at Park Farm and then onto the Mansion House and formal gardens. There will also be talks in the Chinese House and the Painted Paradise watercolour exhibition in the Mansion. Then time for a drink, ice cream and shop and bookshop open too.

Accessibility details

Access to the Lichfield apartments is via a staircase. Step climber available to access lower floors of the Mansion House only. Access to the Chinese House is via steps. There is a small shuttle bus to transport you from the car park to the Mansion House, bookshop, Mansion House tearoom and shop, or it is a 10-15minute walk. Assistance dogs only in the Mansion House. Park Farm has a dog friendly cafe.

Additional information

The Mansion House, servants quarters and Lichfield Apartment open later in the day at 11am. The Mansion House tearoom opens at 10am.
