To mark the opening of Shoemakers Museum, join us for an evening of short talks celebrating the sole of British shoemaking. Sole Stories is a free one night only evening of fast-paced TED style talks diving into the heritage of craftmanship.

From traditional techniques, future facing tech like 3D printing and sustainable leather, this event stitches together master cobblers, fashion lovers and historians, designers and industry disruptors for an evening of insight, inspiration and celebration.

From fashionistas and footwear lovers, to crafts people, designers and makers, join us on this adventure through time networking together to keep our industry alive.

The evening will consist of up to 8 short, sharp talks each lasting a maximum of 15 minutes. Reserve your ticket today and step into the fascinating world of footwear.

This event is being arranged by Shoemakers Museum and Street and Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce, supported by Strode Theatre.
