St Anne’s College, one of the five former women’s colleges, occupies a large site in North Oxford. We invite you to use our interactive map to explore the architecture of the site which ranges from Victorian to contemporary. The old library in Hartland House, designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, will be open to visitors, and features an exhibition on the history of the building and Gilbert Scott’s association with the College.

Accessibility details

The parts of the College site included in the self-guided tour are accessible for wheelchair users. The ground floor and toilets in the Library are accessible with assistance (doors do not open automatically). The 1st floor is accessible via a lift. Note that the lift can only accommodate small wheelchairs. Accessible toilets may be used upon request as they are at the end of a corridor which will be roped off to visitors. A member of staff will be available all day at the Library desk if access is needed.
