St Clement's Church
St Clement's Church, Marston Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 1FN
St Clement's was the first church to be built on a new site in Oxford since the Middle Ages. Built in 1825 to 1827, replacing our medieval church on The Plain, in a Romanesque revival style. In recent years, there has been a minor reordering inside the Church and major renovation of external stonework in Bath stone. Inside, you can see our thirteenth century bell – the oldest in Oxford - and our stained glass windows, which came from the demolished St Martin's on Carfax. Today, we are a diverse and thriving church family in the open evangelical tradition of the Church of England.

There is a ramp to the side door of the building. There is a stage area, but most of our worship activities take place on the level floor. Unfortunately, there is no access to the tower.
It will be free flow, but our volunteers will be present and able to chat about the church history and architecture as needed. There will also be printed information available on the church's 900 years history, architecture and stained glass.
