St Clement's Church on Barkerend Road is a Victorian delight built in 1892 and consecrated in 1894. Now a Grade II* Listed Building. This splendid building has many objects of art and craft many pieces of furniture and wonderful stained glass windows.

The church features a ceiling designed by William Morris and Edward Burne-Jones in the Chancel. There are murals of angels in the spaces between the stone arches in the nave which were also the design work of William Morris and Edward Burne-Jones.
There is also a stunning Mosaic which was designed by Antonio Salviati of Venice in the Chancel.
Also in the Chancel there are two large paintings by William Palin one depicting the birth of Jesus and the other the Crucifixion of Jesus.
The east window with Christ flanked by Saint John, Paul and Peter and on the far left St Clement the patron Saint of this church.
On the side windows, there are Charles Kempe windows.
St Clement's is not only a place of worship but is also used during the week for many activities run by the Anchor Project.
