Access to a small Gothic building constructed as a chapel and schoolroom in 1878. Also a display identifying the leading local figures involved in the setting up of the Church.

An opportunity to visit a small late 19th century Catholic Church and discover more about the history of the Catholic community in Whitchurch and the surrounding area. This includes WWI links to Prees Heath training camp and Belgian refugees.

Due to its narrow plot, the building is top-lit but does have a particularly fine east window designed by Patrick Pollen, a pupil of Evie Hone. The window was gifted to the church by the Crossley family of Combermere Abbey and depicts Our Lady of Fatima flanked by St Anthony & St Francis.
Results of research into the lives of key people involved in the establishment of the Parish will form a display
