We are due to celebrate our Bicentenary in 2030. Each year brings new information about our history and we hope that this year is no exception.

On Saturday 12th September, we are delighted to open the doors to our "Million" church or "Waterloo" church as we approach our Bicentenary. The 1820s were a tempestuous time in British history. It saw the building of many churches, many of which have not survived. These churches were needed to provide worship for people moving following the Industrial Revolution.
Hear about the tragic death of one of our former clergy.
Once again, we are delighted to welcome the Huddersfield and District Family History Society, who will be available to support visitors who are seeking help with tracing their family history.

Visit our Commonwealth War Graves.

We offer visits to our church, including our unique Binns organ, which will be demonstrated during the day.

A presentation of the church history, along with tours of the church will be available throughout the day. Many original documents, photographs and artifacts will be available to view.
Light refreshments will be available. Photography is encouraged - particularly of our beautiful stained glass windows.

Why not combine your visit with a visit to the nearby Colne Valley Museum?
