St Mary Magdalene Willen - Open Days, Plant Sale & Ride & Stride
St Mary Magdalene Church, Milton Road, Willen, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK15 9AA
Come and sit in the wonderful Garden of Remembrance, cared for by volunteers from the Willen community. Listen to day time concerts from Willen Hospice Singers, Quorum and Rolling Home. Take part in gardening workshops, watch a film, listen, learn and watch re-enactments of Robert Hooke and learn about his creativity in science inventions. Learn about the history of the church, priory and Hospice. Enjoy refreshments on the Open Day. Sit inside the church and feel the spiritual peace of the building that has had so many prayers said in it since 1680.
